RESERVATION POLICIES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are relevant to all our services directly or indirectly, through any computer, laptop or mobile device. By accessing and using our website (mobile) and / or when completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions indicated below. By making a reservation with us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them.
Pay secure with our means of payment.
To reserve we ask for an advance that covers at least 50% of the total amount of your stay, the options can be with a credit or debit card charge (we accept VISA or MASTER CARD) or by deposit or transfer Bank.
In the case of a card charge, the deposit must cover only 50% of your stay and the cardholder must present himself to the hotel with an official identification, in case of not presenting the cardholder due to force majeure , you must inform the hotel in advance, in order to follow up on the charge made.
We offer a deadline to make the payment, once we receive the advance we will send your confirmation number that is the guarantee of your reservation, if after expiring the date, we have not obtained a response from you, the reservation is canceled automatically and depending on the demand, it will be subject to availability if it is required again.
THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Long distance telephone calls, laundry service, medical assistance or medicine and charges that are not expressly specified in the plan purchased.
If the client DOES NOT HAVE A QUOTATION made by our sales staff, the hotel is not responsible for any deposit or transfer received. Only the reservation will be respected as indicated and confirmed in our system. The hotel may refuse another written or printed confirmation that could have been altered or falsified.

OUR RATES INCLUDE:
- Delicious breakfast and buffet food.
SCHEDULES: Breakfast 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Lunch 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

SCHEDULE: 06:00 am. - 10:30 pm.
- Air conditioning.

- Free WIFI internet access in common areas.
- Pool and wading pool.
SCHEDULE: from 08:30 am to 8:30 pm
- Free parking.
- Taxes included.
GENERAL POLICIES:
- Is considered a child up to 10 years.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
- Visits are only allowed in the lobby area (VISIT SCHEDULES: from 8:00 am. to 8:00 pm.)
- The hotel is not responsible for any object or documents not deposited in our safe deposit boxes located at the reception. * no extra charge to use ”
