CANCELLATION POLICIES

1.- CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be sent in writing to our emails (reservastorreblanca@gmail.com) during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

When canceling take into account that:

a) Reservations for 2 nights are NOT refundable.

b) For reservations made on the same day of the stay there will be no changes or cancellations. So the advance will not be refundable.

c) Cancellations 30 days before or more than the date of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

d) Cancellations between 28 and 7 days before arrival, will produce an administrative charge of 15% of the total amount of the reservation.

e) Cancellations of a reservation with any promotion will result in the total loss of the advance.

f) For cancellations 7 days before or less than arrival, the deposit will not be refundable.

g) The early departure of the Hotel will be taken as cancellation and there will be NO refunds.

2.- HOLIDAYS:

Cancellations in high season (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Easter, Summer vacations and bridges), will cause the loss of the advance of the reservation unless it is made at least 90 days in advance, in case of if so, it will apply subsection C) of section 1 of this text.

3.- We suggest our clients to hire an adequate TRAVEL INSURANCE, which protects them in case of cancellations due to illness, canceled flights or emergencies.

4.- The hotel is not responsible in the unfortunate event that a guest becomes ill during their stay or is in need of shortening their vacations, hospital, doctors, lodging and transportation costs are the responsibility of the traveler .

RESERVATION POLICIES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are relevant to all our services directly or indirectly, through any computer, laptop or mobile device. By accessing and using our website (mobile) and / or when completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions indicated below. By making a reservation with us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them.

Pay secure with our means of payment.

To reserve we ask for an advance that covers at least 50% of the total amount of your stay, the options can be with a credit or debit card charge (we accept VISA or MASTER CARD) or by deposit or transfer Bank.

In the case of a card charge, the deposit must cover only 50% of your stay and the cardholder must present himself to the hotel with an official identification, in case of not presenting the cardholder due to force majeure , you must inform the hotel in advance, in order to follow up on the charge made.

We offer a deadline to make the payment, once we receive the advance we will send your confirmation number that is the guarantee of your reservation, if after expiring the date, we have not obtained a response from you, the reservation is canceled automatically and depending on the demand, it will be subject to availability if it is required again.

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Long distance telephone calls, laundry service, medical assistance or medicine and charges that are not expressly specified in the plan purchased.

If the client DOES NOT HAVE A QUOTATION made by our sales staff, the hotel is not responsible for any deposit or transfer received. Only the reservation will be respected as indicated and confirmed in our system. The hotel may refuse another written or printed confirmation that could have been altered or falsified.

GENERAL POLICIES:

• Is considered a child up to 10 years.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
  
• Visits are only allowed in the lobby area (VISIT SCHEDULES: from 8:00 am. to 8:00 pm.)
• The hotel is not responsible for any object or documents not deposited in our safe deposit boxes located at the reception. * no extra charge to use ”
